Cancellation policy

Overview

Vita-Fem™ subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") let you receive your chosen formula automatically on a recurring schedule, at a discounted price compared to a one-time purchase. By starting a subscription, you authorize Vita-Fem™ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

  • Your subscription renews automatically every [BILLING INTERVAL — e.g., 30 / 60 / 90 days].
  • Your first payment is taken at checkout. Each renewal is charged on the same date of your billing cycle, when your next order is prepared for shipment.
  • The subscription price and any discount are shown at checkout and in your account. We will email you in advance if your subscription price changes.

How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime before your next charge date, with no cancellation fee. As long as you cancel before that date, you will not be billed for your next order.

To cancel through your account:

  1. Log in to your customer account on the online store.
  2. Go to the Subscription Management section (found in your account menu, or via the direct link in your subscription emails).
  3. Select the subscription you want to end and click Cancel.

For technical support, or if you have trouble cancelling through your account, email contact@vita-fem.com with your order number and we'll help. Please allow [1–2 business days] for email requests, so reach out a couple of days before your charge date.

Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. It does not refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Skip, Pause, or Change Your Subscription

From the Subscription Management section of your account, you can also:

  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause your subscription and resume later
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Swap products or update quantity
  • Update your shipping address or payment method

Any changes must be made before your next charge date to apply to your upcoming order.

Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard Refund Policy, including the 90-Day Results Guarantee. Please note that cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund — see the Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to submit a request.
